An award-winning pastry chef and guest judge on MasterChef Australia’s Season 17 Grand Finale, Miko is internationally recognised for transforming desserts into elegant works of art. With over a decade of experience across leading cafés, hotels, and fine-dining restaurants, he masterfully blends technical precision with creativity, always honouring classic French foundations.
Miko is also the talent behind EUCA Gelato, inspired by native Australian botanicals and crafted with natural ingredients — bringing fine-dining artistry to an everyday indulgence.
